HECTOR TRUONG
Hector brings over 15 years of engineering and leadership experience in the medical device industry, spanning early feasibility through commercialization. He has directed operations, manufacturing, and R&D teams in developing and launching Class I–III, 510(k), and PMA devices across multiple therapeutic areas including ophthalmology, respiratory health, infusion systems, orthopedics, and interventional pain. His expertise covers product design, process development, verification and validation, and scale-up for manufacturing.

Hector holds an MSE in Bioengineering from the University of California, Riverside, a BS in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology with a Chemistry minor from CSU Fullerton, and an MBA in General Management from La Sierra University. His technical background includes CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, injection molding, liquid silicone molding, and precision machining, as well as deep knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and CE MDR standards. He is also an inventor on multiple granted patents related to infusion devices and surgical training systems.
